Our home is Barcelona, in a new, really nice office full of life and team activities. We enjoy being together and building things side by side, so we work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 from home, a setup that requires being comfortable spending regular time in the office, as full remote is not available

What will make you succeed in this position:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or office support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Passion for aviation and interest in the airline industry.
• Immediate availability is considered a plus.
