What will make you succeed in this position:

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience managing digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail — you enjoy working with data and numbers.
• Comfortable and confident working extensively in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools (GMP, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) is a strong plus.
• Motivated to build a career in paid search and digital marketing, eager to understand campaign construction and measure their direct impact.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive team player who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Advanced English proficiency is required; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
