Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the marketing team with various online campaigns (covering both awareness and performance goals), data analysis, and optimization efforts.

How will it be to work with us?

Campaign management:

• Day-to-Day use the campaign management platform (and search engine platforms) to perform daily analysis, new launches and optimisations.
• Effectively understand a brief/strategy, compile a plan and implementation of strategies for given KPI targets
• Monitoring campaign results and identifying potential issues and addressing them accordingly.
• Plan and test new ideas/strategies methodically and present results

Reporting:

• Collaborate with senior team members to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data insights.
• Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms in order to create concise reports demonstrating insights and learning.
• Prepare regular reports showcasing campaign performance, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key metrics.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• At least 2 years experience managing any digital channel. We are looking for a candidate with hands on experience.
• Experience with Google full stack is desirable (GMP, Analytics and Lookerstudio)
• Desire to build a career in paid search/digital marketing, and eager to learn how campaigns are build and see the direct impact of it.
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• You like maths/data crunching and happy to be working in excel a lot
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Pro-active team player able to work individually and as part of a team
• Advanced level of English is required. French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
