As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us secure the best deals, manage supplier relationships, and support key departments like IT, Finance and Ops in achieving their cost goals. You'll get hands-on experience managing tenders, assessing suppliers, running negotiations, and aligning internal stakeholders — all while keeping an eye on budgets, deadlines, and compliance.

How will it be to work with us?

• Support supplier negotiations by gathering data, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping us reach the best commercial and technical terms.
• Launch and lead tender processes — from drafting requirements, to running RFPs, comparing offers and building strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align specifications, assess risks, and meet project timelines
• Build financial and qualitative assessments to compare offers and present clear justifications for decision-making
• Monitor contract performance to ensure that suppliers meet expectations — and take action when they don’t
• Support key functions (Finance, IT, Ops) in identifying savings opportunities and meeting annual cost targets
• Act as project manager to make sure processes are structured, documented, and compliant with our Purchasing Policy
• Work with autonomy but not alone — you’ll be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge and faces challenges together

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
• First experience in Procurement, Strategic Purchasing or similar are desired — internships or junior roles are welcomed.
• Strong communication skills — you’ll interact with both suppliers and internal teams, so clarity and professionalism matter.
• Analytical mindset — you enjoy digging into numbers, comparing variables, and supporting your case with data.
• A structured and proactive approach — you’re comfortable organizing your time, managing multiple priorities and anticipating next steps.
• Problem-solving orientation — when something changes (and it will), you don’t panic — you find a solution.
• Fluent English & Spanish — this is a must; you’ll use it daily in both writing and negotiations.
• Team spirit — you care about collective results and enjoy learning from others.
• Open to occasional travel for supplier visits or events outside HQ.
