We’re looking for an entry-level Procurement Specialist to join our team and support our strategic purchasing and sourcing activities. If you’re curious about how things work behind the scenes, enjoy building relationships, and want to make an impact from day one, this role is for you.

How will it be to work with us?

• Support supplier negotiations by gathering data, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping us reach the best commercial and technical terms.
• Launch and lead tender processes — from drafting requirements, to running RFPs, comparing offers and building strategic recommendations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align specifications, assess risks, and meet project timelines
• Build financial and qualitative assessments to compare offers and present clear justifications for decision-making
• Monitor contract performance to ensure that suppliers meet expectations — and take action when they don’t
• Support key functions (Finance, IT, Ops) in identifying savings opportunities and meeting annual cost targets
• Act as project manager to make sure processes are structured, documented, and compliant with our Purchasing Policy
• Work with autonomy but not alone — you’ll be part of a collaborative team that shares knowledge and faces challenges together

This role is hands-on, varied, and highly visible — you’ll see your work reflected in real business results.

If you’ve taken your first steps in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Sourcing—through an internship, graduate program, or up to 1–2 years in a junior role—we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need to know everything. What we value most is your curiosity, motivation to grow, and a genuine interest in making things work better.
