How will it be to work with us?

• Control daily maintenance operations, ensuring flawless execution and coordination across teams and time zones. 
• Support flight crews and remote stations with expert technical advice, troubleshooting, and real-time solutions. 
• Take the lead on AOG situations, identifying faults, initiating recoveries, and coordinating urgent part requests. 
• Track and resolve Deferred Defects on time, improving aircraft availability and performance metrics. 
• Keep the team updated on fleet technical status and ensure all operational limitations are clearly communicated. 
• Follow up on technical delays, investigate root causes, and support resolution of intermittent faults. 
• Supervise scheduled line maintenance, ensuring contractors meet Volotea’s safety and quality standards. 
• Occasionally, prepare daily work packages and represent Volotea during non-routine or heavy maintenance, offering both supervision and logistical support.
