How will it be to work with us?

- Make an impact from day one: You’ll support daily finance operations—from issuing invoices and monitoring payments to helping with reconciliations and reporting. Your attention to detail will help keep our systems accurate and organized, supporting the entire company’s momentum.

What will make you succeed in this position:

- Experience in accounting support or financial operations:  You’ve worked in related roles for 1 to 3 years, ideally in accounts receivable, billing, or reconciliations. 

- Strong attention to detail: Numbers matter—and so does accuracy. Whether you’re issuing invoices, checking payments, or reviewing account balances, you approach every task with a careful and methodical mindset.

- Clear and professional communication: You’ll be in contact with both internal teams and external clients, so being able to explain things clearly and professionally—especially in writing—is key. You know how to follow up diplomatically and resolve issues with confidence.

- Excel and system proficiency: You’re comfortable using Excel to organize and analyze data (think formulas, filters, maybe a pivot table or two), and you’ve worked with ERP or finance tools before. If you’ve used tools like SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms—even better.

- Comfortable in a dynamic, international environment: You’re adaptable, open to feedback, and thrive in multicultural teams. You speak Spanish & English fluently and able to handle day-to-day work in an international company. French or Italian will be a big plus!
