How will it be to work with us?

• Lead high-impact projects that drive passenger experience improvements, from planning and execution through to performance evaluation.
• Optimize processes to reduce disruptions and elevate service quality at airports and onboard.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Must have 5+ years of experience in aviation, airport operations, or customer experience management, with a strong leadership background to guide cross-functional teams and drive results in high-pressure environments.
• Proven ability to optimize customer service strategies, balance operational and financial goals, and handle disruptions, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced passenger experience.
• Excellent communication skills in aligning teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments like Product, Digital, IT, and Customer Experience.
• A solution-oriented mindset, anticipating issues and making quick decisions to minimize disruptions while working efficiently under 24/7 operational conditions.

Highly Valued Skills:

Experience with European LCC airlines and the ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
