We are hiring an HR Manager - France who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

What you will do:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day HR administrative responsibilities between members of the HR team and operations managers:
- Supervise and coordinate the management of individual HR situations.
- Advise local crew management team (Pilots & Cabin Crew) on specific situations.
- Advise operations staff on the drafting and approval of written documents and drawing up model letters.
- Advise team members and operational staff on disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contract.
- Participate in the preparation of social bodies and the operation of social relations with the HR Director:
- Participate in the preparation of the information and documents required for CSE meetings.
- Take part in the CSE meetings with the HR Director.
- Ensure the BDES is updated and participate in the preparation of the necessary documents.
- Participate in answering questions from CSE members.
- File and monitor company agreements.
- Managing current and future HR projects:
- Define and coordinate the implementation of new HR procedures in line with regulations, practices or the needs of our employees (social security, mutual insurance, secondments, etc.)
- Manage certain HR projects at a national level (professional interviews, health and safety, medical checks, professional equality, etc.)
- Secure all Volotea's HR processes in terms of employment law.
What you will need:
- Master's degree in HR Management or Employment Law.
- Proven experience as a HR Manager or HR Generalist.
- Experience managing or coordinating a HR team.
- Fluent English & French. Spanish will be a plus.
- Used to work with Excel.
- Organised, rigorous, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Team spirit is a must.
- Availability to travel to our French bases and Barcelona Headquarters on a regular basis.
