NON RATED A320 Captain

We are hiring non rated A320 Captains to reinforce our team for the 2023 season. Once successfully passed the interview stage you will be offered a seasonal contract in one of Volotea´s bases.

We are looking for experienced non-rated Captains for our A320 fleet.

Volotea is offering a direct local contract within its European bases.

Volotea will cover 50% of the Type Rating cost and the candidate will have a permanence of two seasons with a bond.

Requirements

  • Valid EASA FCL ATPL and unrestricted Class 1 Medical.
  • Minimum 5000 hours Total Flight Time and
  • Minimum 3.000 hours in a Turboprop (MTOW above 20.000 Kg) or 2.500 hours on a Jet (MTOW above 30.000 Kg)
  • Minimum 2.500 hours as PIC on Turboprop (MTOW above 20 Tn) or 1.500 hours as PIC on a Jet (MTOW above 30 Tn)
  • Last flight within the last 12 months, at time of application
  • No history of accident/incident
  • English language fluency - minimum ICAO level 4
  • Valid EU Passport
  • A high standard of teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills
